Our client, a global tech company, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager / Business Analyst to join their Worldwide Operations team.

This role involves managing and contributing to various cross-functional projects focused on privacy and risk within the operational domain.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, regulatory compliance, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management :

• Lead end-to-end project management for small to medium-sized initiatives that are highly cross-functional in nature.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Project Contribution :

• Document functional requirements and ensure they meet business needs.
• Test new system functionalities and provide feedback for improvements.
• Create comprehensive end-user documentation to support new system functionalities and updates.

Ad Hoc Tasks :

• Facilitate privacy impact assessments to ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
• Conduct thorough data analyses to support decision-making processes.
• Coordinate system remediations to address identified issues or vulnerabilities.

Skills and Experience Required :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills to convey complex ideas in an engaging manner.
• Proficiency in facilitating meetings and driving consensus among stakeholders.

Project And Task Management :

• Demonstrable experience in managing tasks and projects from inception to completion.
• Ability to work with various project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC.

Analytical Skills :

• Strong analytical abilities with a good understanding of methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience in conducting data analysis and translating findings into actionable insights.

Regulatory Compliance :

Affinity with regulatory compliance, particularly in the context of privacy and risk management.
