Are you a highly skilled mechanic ready to take your aviation career to next level? Join our team! As an A&P Mechanic IV, you will be responsible for repairs, replacement and maintenance of the key components of aircrafts.

You'll perform the necessary checks in regards to the mechanical and functional components of the aircraft, including the testing of and replacement of defective or faulty parts.

You'll use a variety of tools and equipment to perform diagnosis on parts to be replaced, and ensure repairs and maintenance are compliant with national and international standards of work, all while maintaining safety and cleanliness of the hanger or workshop.

You will demonstrate advanced knowledge in the main components of aviation maintenance including airframe maintenance, power plant mechanics, or Airframe & Power plant (A&P) components.

Must-haves :

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent and at typically 10 or more years of relevant experienceA higher level degree may substitute for experienceRelated experience may be considered in lieu of required education
  • Must pass, written, oral and practical assessments
  • Active, current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant certification with no prior FAA violations
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work locations
  • Ability to speak, read and write in English
  • Advanced experience in repairing, maintaining and / or troubleshooting aircraft airframes and engines
  • Ability to understand and interpret moderately complex technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals and / or publications
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance may be required
