Experience the pride of making a difference while growing personally and professionally. Job Overview : As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

Your responsibilities will include supporting daily living activities, encouraging skill development, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities : Provide direct care and support to individuals with IDD in a residential group home setting, helping with daily activities and fostering independence.

Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores. Encourage and support the development of life skills, social skills, and community involvement.

Monitor and document the progress of individuals, including behavior and health changes. Ensure a safe and supportive environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Build positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other team members. Qualifications : Must be 18 years or older and passionate about making a difference.

Hold a valid driver’s license and be eligible to become a company driver. Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Possess basic skills in reading, writing, mathematics, and computer usage. Successfully pass a level II background check.
