PlanSource is looking for a Senior Director, Implementation is a management position leading a team of Implementation Managers, Specialists and Subject Matter Experts.

As the Senior Director, Implementation, you primary responsibility is to ensure that new customer sites are prepared and equipped to successfully launch on a predetermined Go Live Date .

The position will be responsible for coordinating with the Business Development, Supply Chain, Training, HR, Data Analytics, Operations and the Executive teams.

Responsibilities include :

• Act as lead liaison to the client managing the relationship with customer’s executive team during the implementation process
• Act as liaison between Operations and the Customer’s corporate and site level personnel during the site implementation
• Consistently works with abstract ideas or situations across functional areas of the business.
• Contract review and understanding
• Coordinate with the Business Development, Supply Chain, Training, HR, Data Analytics, Operations, and the Executive teams
• Develop and Manage Project Plans for management of new integrated supply sites
• Develops corporate and / or organizational policies and authorizes their implementation.
• Directs and controls the activities of one or more functional areas, divisions, product groups or service areas through senior managers who have overall responsibility for the successful operation of those assigned areas.
• Document and revise Standard Operating Processes (SOP’s) as needed
• Ensure that new customer sites are prepared and equipped to successfully launch on a predetermined Go Live Date
• Implementation management and support of new operations
• Influence policymaking
• Interacts internally and externally with executive level management, requiring negotiation of extremely critical matters.
• Measure project performance and establish KPI’s for the Implementation Team
• Perform risk assessment and management
• Provides direction to senior managers in various areas, groups, and / or operations.
• Report as required to the Turtle Integrated Supply Executive Team
• Review and approve all team members’ expenses, reviews and assigned policy
• Train, develop and recognize team talent
• Other duties as assigned

About You

Requirements for the Senior Director, Implementation

• 5+ years of extensive experience working with high-growth companies focused on SaaS, and B2B preferably with HR / Healthcare / Benefits
• 2+ years of experience managing a cross-functional team, including project managers and technical resources.
• 2+ years experience managing a P&L.
• 2+ years experience with implementation and EDI processing.
• 3+ years of Professional Services leadership experience.
• 3 - 8 years of experience delivering projects and involvement in selling services in the software / SaaS space.
• Ability to be recognized as an influential leader.
• Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and concepts.
• Demonstrated ability in setting strategy, driving performance, consistently producing superior results, cultivating ownership while enforcing company policies.
• Detailed knowledge of the company, allowing for innovative concepts and promoting new ideas.
• Through assessment of intangible variables, identifies and evaluates fundamental issues, providing strategy and direction for major functional areas.
• Relentless focus on process improvement and execution.
• Requires in-depth knowledge of the functional area, business strategies, and the company’s goals.
• Solution oriented and creative thinking skills to evaluate problems and to drive win-win outcomes.
