Head Cheerleading Coach
Chatham University has an immediate opening for a part-time Head Cheerleading Coach in the University's Athletic department.
The Head Cheerleading Coach reports to the Director of Athletics. The Head Cheerleading Coach is responsible for the overall development and maintenance of the Chatham University Cheerleading Program.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Communicate frequently with Assistant Athletic Director.
- Maintain a physically safe practice environment and plan effective practices.
- Distribute monthly calendar to cheerleaders for practices and events.
- Schedule dates for tryouts, for pre- and for post-tryout informational meetings.
- Determine tryout criteria and hold tryouts in an organized manner by teaching material at the beginning so students have time to learn it.
- Coordinate with Assistant Athletic Director regarding uniform and practice gear needs and before making any purchases.
- Collect and inventory cheer uniforms.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of full-time coaching experience.
- Computer proficiency and valid driver's license.
- Experience working with a diverse student population.
Salary :
This position will be filled at the hourly rate of $20.00.
