Janitorial Crew Member

615 Ventures is hiring a Janitorial Crew Member who is reliable and can communicate using a variety of methods and technology.

You pride yourself on working efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities include performing a variety of tasks to keep multiple office buildings in pristine condition.

Hours / Position Type :

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday
• 12pm - 8pm or 2pm - 10pm or 5am-2pm
• Responsibilities :
• Office and deep cleaning may include :
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Stock bathrooms and cleaning supplies
• Collect and dispose of waste
• Disinfecting high-touch surfaces
• Make minor repairs when necessary
• Possess the ability to work individually or as a team
• Computer and / or smart phone competent
• Tenant move-in and move-out cleaning
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Understand tenant expectations and deliver above and beyond service for requests
• Consistency and punctuality is a must
• Prior experience cleaning
• Arrive in a timely manner every day
• Consistency and punctuality is a must
• Safely use hazardous chemicals and power equipment to prevent damage to the building and harm to self and others by following safety procedures
• Ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects (at least 25 pounds)
• Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials

• Ability to speak English fluently
• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
