Key Responsibilities :

In the Accounting I position, you will be responsible for a variety of essential accounting tasks. These include maintaining fiscal control over expenditures and balances of federal, state, and City funds, reviewing and reconciling funds from various accounts, and preparing a range of fiscal and accounting reports.

You will also play a key role in processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, assisting with budget preparation, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be vital in supporting the City's financial health and operational efficiency.
