Job Title : Temporary Personal Assistant

Duration : 3-6 months, immediate start
Salary : $30-$35 per hour

Overview : We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Temporary Personal Assistant to support various tasks related to personal matters, particularly associated with a divorce and relocation process.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing a diverse range of responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities :
- Manage house and / or apartment hunting, including researching potential properties, scheduling viewings, and coordinating with real estate agents.
- Schedule and oversee moving and packing arrangements, ensuring a smooth transition to a new residence.
- Coordinate storage solutions as necessary, organizing belongings and liaising with storage service providers.
- Assist with various personal errands and tasks as required, ranging from grocery shopping to appointment scheduling.
- Organize paperwork and physical files to be removed from the home, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy throughout the process.
- Handle negotiations, contracts, and agreements with vendors, including movers, packers, and storage services.
- Execute financial transactions such as payments for contracted services, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines and financial protocols.
Requirements :
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably in a personal assistant capacity or related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with vendors and service providers.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Proficiency in negotiation techniques, with experience in securing favorable terms for various services.
- High level of initiative and problem-solving abilities, capable of resolving issues independently.
- Must be trustworthy, reliable, and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.
