NaturalLanguage Processing (NLP) : Apply advanced NLP techniques tounderstand and interpret user input including intent recognitionentity extraction sentiment analysis and languageunderstanding.
MachineLearning Integration : Integrate ML algorithms and models intochatbot systems to enhance response generation question answeringand userengagement.
APIConfiguration : Configure APIs for chatbot solutions in the cloudconnecting to external systems and various datasources.
PlatformIntegration : Collaborate with software engineers and developers andintegrate chatbot systems into various platforms such as websitesmobile apps messaging applications voice assistants or CRM.
Ensureseamless integration and compatibility with existing systems andAPIs.
Collaboration : Work with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirementsand translate them into technicalsolutions.
Documentationand Training : Document chatbot architectures design decisions andimplementation details. Create user guides documentation andtraining materials to educate stakeholders and endusers on chatbotcapabilities and bestpractices.
Training& Professional Development : Stay up to date with the latestadvancements and trends in Conversational AI technologies bringingnew ideas and solutions to theteam.
WORKLOCATION & SCHEDULE : The selected candidate will work 100%While this person may work remotely from home anywhere in the USAthey will work on an East Coast schedule (Core Working Hours9 : 00am5 : 00pmEastern).

WHATYOU NEED TO SUCCEED (required / minimumqualifications) :
Bachelors Degree Computer Science / equivalent area of study or equivalentprofessional experiencerequired.
4years professional experience in ChatBot and Web development withRASA Software and GenerativeChatAI
Minimum of 2 years experience using Amazon Web Services (AWS) orMicrosoftAzure
Demonstratedability to design implement and evaluate conversational systemsolutions : conversational flows intents andentities.
