Role Description :
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager at AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care for North Logan, UT. The General Manager Operations will oversee day-to-day operations, manage teams, ensure quality customer service, and handle budgeting responsibilities.
Responsibilities :
- Proven experience in multi-store management, fixed operations, and sales coaching.
- Engage and consult incoming customers, both in-person and over the phone, to successfully generate and close sales.
- Meet, greet and recommend services to customers.
- Manage technician workflow and the status of the customers' vehicles’ repairs.
- Order parts and inventory.
- Deliver a high level of customer service and quality control over all aspects of the center's business, operations, and work product.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of Automotive Management Experience.
- General Automotive Management and Operations Management skills.
- Experience in Customer Service and Team Management.
- Budgeting skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in automotive or service industry preferred.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field a plus.
