MoveDocs is hiring a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. We seek a dynamic individual who can serve as our receptionist and take on various administrative responsibilities.
The qualified candidate must be self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
This position is onsite based in our Las Vegas, Nevada office. Responsibilities : Greet and welcome guests, directing visitors to the appropriate person / office.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, providing accurate information via phone or email. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access at the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges, set up alarm codes for designated visitors, work with building management on facilities issues).
Order office supplies and keep an inventory of stock (replenish designated areas) / keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
Organize MoveDocs’ monthly breakfast, lunches, and birthday / anniversary celebrations. Ensures office is always tidy and presentable addresses significant messes / clean-up after events.
Arrange travel and accommodation for current executive staff and potential employees during recruitment. Assist with Executive support Order food, handle expenses, plan events, and other duties as needed.
Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, etc. Assist Human Resources Manager : Employee onboarding assistance (interview scheduling assistance, ordering workstation nameplates, assigning / deactivating badges, issuing new hire swag, facilitating desk set-up, etc.
May assist with special HR project work on an as-needed basis. Powered by JazzHR
