Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, you'll be the driving force behind managing our legal processes, corporate governance, and stock plan administration.

About the Role :

This role is based onsite at our vibrant Boulder HQ, where you'll be at the heart of our operations, contributing to our growth and success.

Responsibilities :

  • Take the Lead : Transition key legal administrative tasks currently handled by the Chief Administrative Officer to streamline operations.
  • Handle Transactions : Process and finalize paperwork for various transactions, including equity and debt financings, unit options, profits units grants, and more.
  • Corporate Matters : Serve as a vital point of contact for important corporate documents like Asset Purchase Agreements and Stock Purchase Agreements.
  • Governance Pro : Managing corporate records, including organizing and updating corporate books, records and filings, and ensuring compliance with corporate formalities and regulations.
  • Diverse Tasks : Dive into a range of legal-related responsibilities as they come up, always ready to tackle new challenges.

Qualifications :

Experience : 7+ years of experience as a paralegal with a strong background in corporate governance, stock plan administration, and maintenance of all corporate records.

Required Skills :

  • Stellar organizational abilities with a knack for prioritizing and multitasking.
  • You're a self-starter who thrives under minimal supervision.
  • A proactive, time-efficient individual who meets deadlines and handles detail-oriented tasks with precision.
  • Confidently interact with senior management and maintain effective relationships with department staff, associates, and external partners.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to pitch in wherever needed, with a strong bias toward action and continuous learning.
