Responsibilities :
- Take the Lead : Transition key legal administrative tasks currently handled by the Chief Administrative Officer to streamline operations.
- Handle Transactions : Process and finalize paperwork for various transactions, including equity and debt financings, unit options, profits units grants, and more.
- Corporate Matters : Serve as a vital point of contact for important corporate documents like Asset Purchase Agreements and Stock Purchase Agreements.
- Governance Pro : Managing corporate records, including organizing and updating corporate books, records and filings, and ensuring compliance with corporate formalities and regulations.
- Diverse Tasks : Dive into a range of legal-related responsibilities as they come up, always ready to tackle new challenges.
Qualifications :
Experience : 7+ years of experience as a paralegal with a strong background in corporate governance, stock plan administration, and maintenance of all corporate records.
Required Skills :
- Stellar organizational abilities with a knack for prioritizing and multitasking.
- You're a self-starter who thrives under minimal supervision.
- A proactive, time-efficient individual who meets deadlines and handles detail-oriented tasks with precision.
