HVAC / Controls Sales Engineer
My client is actively seeking to add an HVAC / Controls Sales professional to the team.
- The primary responsibility for this position is to sell new and retrofit commercial HVAC & Controls design build projects.
- Types of Projects : Mechanical and Building Automation, Service Retrofits, Design Build Retrofits
- Territory Northern New Jersey and New York City
- Prospecting and networking outside the client base for referrals to develop qualified leads for Retrofits, Building Automation upgrades, and Design Build Projects.
If you are an experienced Commercial HVAC Manufacturers Rep, Building Automation or HVAC Salesperson, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!
Qualified applicants will have the following :
- 3+ years HVAC / Building Automation Controls system Sales experience
- Calling on engineers and mechanical contractors in the N NJ & NYC area
- Managing commercial accounts
- Build & Establish relationships
- Excellent time management skills
- Work well with staff and individually
- Written and verbal communications
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Time management and organization
- Desire to grow and learn new technologies
