Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level Procurement Analyst (Level 3) to join our Raw Material Aggregation Strategy (RMAS) team in Kent, Washington or Charleston, South Carolina.
The Boeing Company is currently seeking a highly detail-oriented and self-motivated person to join the Materials Management workstream for the Raw Materials Aggregation System (RMAS) team.
RMAS is mostly an SAP system that supports a Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) strategy called the Boeing Raw Material Strategy (BRMS).
BRMS handles the purchase of aluminum and titanium raw materials and resale to Boeing BCA part manufactures.
Candidate should have strong analytic skills and system skills. Ability to learn quickly, integrate well with a team, ability to support customers on a global scale and establish valuable business partnerships with multiple organizations.
Candidate will be a business SME of the PLM processes and system design for the RMAS SAP ECC tool.
Position Responsibilities :
Act as business process and data subject matter expert.
Responsible for sustaining support of Materials Management workstream, including new material creation / enrichment, changes and auditing.
Work closely with business focal (both Boeing & 3PL) to gather requirements for system enhancements and fixes, then collaborate with IT support toward implementation.
Perform system testing in both production and non-production environments.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Procurement, 3PL and other RMAS workstream focal to create new materials and troubleshoot / resolve daily issues related to material master data and processes.
Develop and support processes, data and system enhancements for Boeing Raw Material Strategy projects.
Coordinate with onshore and offshore IT development teams to ensure proper understanding of development requirements.
Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.
Develops risk mitigation plan.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required.
US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) :
Associate degree or higher.
3+ years of experience in performing data analysis.
3+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Product).
3+ years of experience managing software systems enhancements, maintenance, and analysis.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) :
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
3+ years of experience with supply chain management or materials management.
3+ years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst with a focus on PLM.
Experience with SAP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and end-user training.
3+ years of experience in a role that required articulating data analysis summaries to various audiences including senior management.
3+ years of experience with managing cross-functional projects.
Typical Education / Experience :
Education / experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.
g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range : Charleston, South Carolina $$76,500- $103,500
