Eyecare Associates of Nampa is seeking a full time Lead Clinical Technician.
As a Team Leader, you are expected to lead by example and continually strive to develop important leadership skills. You will be expected to motivate and inspire the team to accomplish team goals, by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages bonding of team members, and demonstrates flexibility.
In this role, you will be part of an elite group of close-knit and friendly professionals who encourage one another and celebrate each others' successes all within a relaxed and fun atmosphere.

Schedule :
Monday- 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm
Tuesday- rotates everyother week; 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm or 9 : 30am-7pm
Wednesday- 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm
Thursday- 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm
Friday- 8am-3 : 30pm Responsibilities Job responsibilities include :
- Monitor patient flow and doctors schedule
- Clinical work ups : Gather medical history and reason for the visit, complete diagnostic testing and necessary documentation
- Explaining insurance benefits to patients
- Oversee contact lens ordering
- Oversee day to day operations
- Solving problems and resolving conflict
- Providing direction and guidance to the team
- Delegating tasks
- Monitor team performance
- Communicate with your manager and managing doctors
Required Skills Lead Clinical Technician required skills & qualifications include :
- Must be able to maintain a professional attitude

- Optometry experience preferred
- Leadership or management experience REQUIRED
- High school diploma or GED- REQUIRED
