Our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions is working on an Accounts Receivable Specialist role with a client located on the east side of Louisville! They are looking for a well-rounded accounts receivable professional with experience in collections.
This role requires strong customer service and attention to detail. Our client offers a casual, relaxed work environment with great benefits.
Pay for this role starts between $50,000 and $55,000 based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Collecting on past due invoices
- Creating and updating an aging report
- Assisting with billing and cash applications as needed
- Reviewing and ensuring clients are being charged properly
- Resolving invoice discrepancies
- Building rapport with clients
Qualifications
- High School Diploma is required
- 2+ years of recent accounts receivable experience
- Microsoft Excel
- Communication and organizational skills
- Customer service skills
Employment Type : Contract to Hire, full-time
Work Hours : Mon Fri, 8 (40 hours a week)
