WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
As a Food Service Shift Manager, your primary role will be to oversee our food service operations. This includes mentoring and training your team to help them achieve their career goals within our organization.
You will schedule shifts, manage time-off requests, and make sure we have enough staff. You will also need to create reports for management to ensure that our unit meets high quality, productivity, and safety standards.
Another important aspect of your role is evaluating employee performance, recognizing high achievers, and providing guidance to those who need to improve.
