Inpatient Healthcare design and Higher Education experience is required Superior written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Revit is strongly desired. Committed to continuous learning and staying abreast of developments in the field. Familiarity with regulatory standards Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and problem solving abilities Ability to work in a fast paced team oriented environment Must be highly organized and self-motivated Willing to adapt as necessary to support changing business needs. Position requires good leadership and motivational skills, solid technical background, good organizational skills, attention to detail, quality control, client interaction and representation. Ability to act independently with minimal direct oversight while managing MEP engineering staff. Provide planning, staffing, scheduling, and budget management on projects. Ability to handle multiple complex assignments simultaneously. Assist in Business Development in pursuing new work including participation in client presentations. Interact with a multi-disciplinary engineering team to review, define, and design to meet customer requirements
