Growing, fast-paced, employee-owned engineering and construction consulting company located in South Denver is looking to add a sharp Office Administrator to become an integral part of their vibrant team.
The Office Administrator will report to the Office Manager.
Office Administrator Duties :
- administrative duties such as copying, printing, scanning, distributing mail
- prepare for in-office meetings
- workstation set-up for new hires
- answer and direct phone calls, order office supplies and manage the kitchen / breakroom
- assist with coordination and planning of events, including the Annual Board of Directors Meetings, Manager Retreats, Annual Forum, Holiday Party, etc.
- support the HR department with candidate scheduling, employee file audits, new hire checklist completion
Office Administrator Skills and Experience :
- strong experience with MS Office
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- experience preparing presentations
- track record of professionalism and confidentiality
Hours for the Office Administrator are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 - 5 : 00 in a business-casual environment
