Job Summary :

As the Hourly Assistant Manager, you will assist the General Manager in operating the restaurant within the practices and procedures established by Company Operations.

This position is responsible for cost control while delivering on Craveable Food ,Best in Class guest experience, restaurant cleanliness and organization, Tribe standards, building sales, maximizing profits, and Tribe development.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the Casual Restaurant industry, required.
• High School Diploma or GED, required. Associate’s or a bachelor’s degree, preferred. Must have food safety manager certification upon hire.
• Scheduling flexibility to cover the dynamic needs of the business (mornings, nights, weekends)
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
