Large international construction company seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager.
We specialize in geotechnical consulting in oil-structure systems, foundation problems, environmental, and loading conditions.
Project Details :
- Start Date : IMMEDIATE
- 19 Month project in Brownsville, TX
- The on-site Project Manager position should be located around the project site in Brownsville and commute to the site office to oversee the project operation and management.
- Project size : $50M
After completing this project, the employee will have the following options :
- Stay longer if the extension is awarded.
- Move to another project with the company.
- Prepare for the upcoming projects in our office in San Jose, CA
- Remote work from home
Qualifications :
- 20+ years experience in project planning and management for soil improvement, earthworks, underground construction, or other related heavy civil construction
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Geotechnical Engineering, or other related fields. A Master's degree will be a plus.
- Skills : AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or other management software.
- Communication skills with clients, staff members, and upper management.
Compensation :
$150,000 - $190,000 per year (depending on experience)
Covered expenses : Lodging, transportation, and allowance on project basis.
Benefits : Health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
Paid vacation accrued up to 80 hours per year; paid sick leave of 40 hours per calendar year;
