As we approach peak, please expect over time and extended days. DC- TEAM LEAD The Team Lead is responsible for leading the work of the staff and participates in daily work activities while ensuring the production of the team.

Communicate expectations and goals daily to team to meet PFSweb's performance standards. Responsibilities :

• Maintain current plans, procedures, programs and strategies to enhance perfo! rmance, accuracy levels and interdepartmental perceptions
• Ensure maximum utilization of manpower and equipment
• Responsible for overseeing replenishment, DRP, picking, packing, shipping and international shipments
• Respond to issues via email or phone in a timely manner
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and maintenance standards
• Interact with other departments to help make team successful
• Push productivity while simultaneously controlling costs
• Provide guidance in the absent of Supervisor
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications :
• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• 1+ years of experience working within a Distribution Center environment, required
• 3+ years in a Leadership capacity within a Distribution Center environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, required
• Experience operating RF scanners, required
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Workforce Planning experience required
• Deliver resolution to issues and promote process improvement
• Must complete and submit a background screening that will be conducted by the U.S.

• Ability read labels, RF scanners and maneuver throughout facility without assistance
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Ability to push or pull carts of up to 100 pounds without assistance
• Ability to climb stairs without assistance
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel and grasp products
• Must be able to work on a variety of warehouse floors up to 100 feet in height
