HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT :
- Manage multiple architectural projects at various stages, ensuring their timely and profitable completion.
- Lead and mentor project teams, guiding staff members in achieving project goals and fostering a culture of growth and learning.
- Consult with clients to assess needs, develop design solutions, and deliver projects that exceed expectations.
- Oversee the preparation of construction documents, project schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company practices.
- Coordinate with engineering consultants and reviewing agencies to facilitate approvals and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Lead construction administration efforts, including coordinating with contractors, resolving issues, and facilitating project closeout.
ARE YOU A SENIOR ARCHITECTURE PROJECT MANAGER ROCK STAR?
- Experience : Minimum of 7 years in a project management or equivalent role within the architecture field. Experience managing projects from inception to completion is essential.
- Education & Licensure : Bachelors degree in architecture required. Licensure as a registered architect is preferred.
- Technical Skills : Advanced proficiency in REVIT and experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of building design principles, including engineered systems.
- Communication & Leadership : Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients, consultants, and team members effectively.
A proactive leader who is comfortable mentoring staff and leading project teams.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making : Ability to assess complex technical issues and find solutions. Experience applying building codes, zoning regulations, and design standards to ensure health, safety, and compliance.
- Travel : Must be able to travel as needed for work-related tasks and maintain a valid drivers license.
