RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Product Design & Development : Lead the design and development of equipment for bulk material and minerals processing.
- Custom Structures : Design and detail custom stationary structures tailored to specific needs.
- Design Analysis : Conduct thorough design analysis to ensure structural integrity and safety.
- Detailed Drawings : Create precise detail drawings for manufacturing and construction.
- Bills of Material : Complete and manage bills of material for various projects.
- Continuous Improvement : Evaluate and implement design changes to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Versatile Tasks : Tackle other duties as assigned, contributing to a dynamic work environment.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or related education.
- Professional Engineering License not required but encouraged.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural design.
- Thorough understanding of :
- Drafting standards, dimensioning, and tolerances
- Strengths of materials and structural analysis
- AISC steel design code
- Training and / or experience in using 2D or 3D CAD software
