Job Summary

The Global Operations Workspace Management Program Lead is responsible for supporting workspace management occupancy planning with Information Wall and Space Sharing subject matter expertise and for driving related internal control discipline.

Key responsibilities include executing on workspace related processes to drive adherence to enterprise standards, maintaining workflow documentation and knowledge sharing assets.

Primary responsibilities include the following :

  • Be subject matter expert on Information Wall space sharing standards and processes and share regular updates with key stakeholders to reinforce knowledge
  • Drive discipline for internal controls including space sharing agreements, onsite controls (e.g., screen protectors, badge readers), monthly compliance reporting and communications
  • Perform seat reviews for Info Wall Transfer requests and work with market planning teammates to solution seats as needed
  • Maintain workflow documentation and control reporting

Required skills

  • 5 or more years of combined experience in the areas of workspace management, business controls, risk and compliance background
  • Ability to work in team-oriented environment with strong aptitude for problem solving
  • Strong communication skills : written, verbal, presentation and meeting facilitation
  • Strict attention to detail and dedication to flawless work product
  • Adept at balancing multiple and competing priorities; outstanding organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and partner across departments
  • Ability to manage complex projects as either project manager or member of project team

Desired Skills
