JustinBradley's client, a leader in mortgage financing, is looking for a Workday Payroll Business Analyst with extensive experience testing and working in Workday Payroll.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with End-to-end testing, Unit testing and regression testing.
- Document and test controls for new processes.
- Assist with time entry and time adjustment processes.
- Assist with year-end processing, including 401K validations, W-2 and W-2c preparation.
- Assist with special projects as required.
- Recommend new processes to improve performance and efficiency within the payroll function.
- Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of payroll exposure.
- Workday experience is required.
- High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Dedicated attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude with a focus on providing excellent internal customer service.
- Great time management and organization skills.
- Motivated self-starter who excels in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.
