Job Title : Administration Coordinator

Location : Cambridge, MA (Must be working onsite a minimum of 3 days per week.)

Duration : 12 months on W2 Contract.

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience :

  • High school qualification
  • Prior project coordination experience
  • Ability to determine project processes.
  • Written and spoken communications.
  • Specialist knowledge in relation to project management / coordination and administration support activities in the construction industry or in facilities management
  • Competent in the use of relevant office equipment and systems including MS Teams, SharePoint Online, Smartsheet
  • Experience of a variety of software / systems
  • Can create and maintain systems for efficiency for both self and others.
  • Customer Service Skills
