Our Impact :
The Single-Family Acquisitions Quality Control and Operational Risk Management Team is responsible for managing compliance and operational risk for the division.
Your Impact :
In this role, you will partner with Single-Family Acquisitions division management to perform the following activities for significant issues :
- Collaborate with a team of knowledgeable and motivated risk management professionals
- Communicate issue status / progress effectively to senior management
- Act as a key contributor toward building out a Fair Lending risk management operation and organization
- Establish and manage a Fair Lending Governance process for the entire SF Division
- Be responsible for all internal and 3rd party oversight of compliance program effectiveness
- Ensure new compliance requirements are accurately and timely implemented
- Maintain and effective relationship with Enterprise Compliance team
Qualifications :
- 12+ years related experience and 4+ years management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent
- Relevant compliance operations related functional experience in mortgage servicing
- Significant experience in the Fair Lending subset of Compliance
- Strong team management and leadership
