Job Title : Electrician Pay / Shift / Additional Information

• Pay : $36.90 / hr. (Earning potential north of $120,000 / yr to $160,000 / yr with overtime).
• Overtime : 1.5x after 8 hrs (daily), 1.5x on Saturdays.
• Double time after 12 hrs (daily),
• Double Time on Sundays. ($68 / hr).
• 55 cent premium.
• Quarterly Profit Sharing
• Shifts : 3rd - 11PM - 7AM
• Union Environment
• Direct Hire

Job Description

• Troubleshoot and maintain circuit boards, DC motors, drive packages, and ABB switches.
• Replace old drives with digital ones and troubleshoot PLCs.
• Work with 480V 3 Phase on industrial cranes, steel slitters, coating machines, and conveyor lines.
• Maintain secondary equipment such as pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, conveyors, pumps, gears, gearboxes, bearings, and cylinders.
• Regularly inspect and record the condition of electrical equipment, including cranes, motors, generators, control panels, switches, and circuit panels.
• Use electrical test equipment, drawings, blueprints, and schematics to install new equipment or diagnose problems with inoperative equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality control during emergency breakdowns to restore operations.
• Perform maintenance on forklifts, including changing wheels, greasing parts, and adjusting forks.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
• Assist with machine installation or relocation within the plant.
