Kimble & Company Fire Protection is now hiring an experienced Warehouse Assistant / Driver. This is an on-site position in our Huntington Beach office, with deliveries in the Los Angeles and Orange County area.
This is a full time position, Monday-Friday, with some overtime necessary.
Essential Functions :
- Accept material orders from field / office staff
- Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules with appropriate staff
- Assemble and deliver materials to job sites throughout the Los Angeles and Orange County area
- Accept material deliveries from vendors as needed
- Organize warehouse / shop area; maintain cleanliness and order
- Adhere to safety and quality control measures
Requirements
- A valid CA drivers license and the ability to meet company driving requirements
- Ability to safely operate a light to medium duty pickup truck or delivery van
- Ability to safely lift and load up to 50 lbs
- A high school diploma or equivalent is strongly preferred
