Seeking a reliable, competent, and flexible physician who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance

with schedule flexibility! Come join our team of 6 fulltime physicians and 4 fulltime nurse practitioners and serve a local population of approximately 25,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits :

Very competitive salary with opportunities up to $305k

o RVU bonus based on annual threshold

o Quality incentives up to $50,000

Signing bonus of $40,000

$8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time

Student loan repayment

Hospital employed

Full benefits including a 401k match

Paid malpractice

Professional Details :

Four 10-hour days per week

Average 14-16 patients per day

o Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day

Rural Health Clinic

Behavioral health and lab on site

30+ exam rooms

1 : 16 call; phone call only

Fulltime, permanent

Epic EMR
