Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm (on-site position, not eligible for remote work).
About the Role :
Platinum Dental Services is seeking a dedicated Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Biller to join our team. You will play a vital role in our financial operations by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of insurance claims and payments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Insurance Claims : Follow up on outstanding insurance claims to ensure timely resolution.
- Team Collaboration : Work with team members to gather necessary clinical and billing information.
- Payment Processing : Process and post insurance payments to patient accounts.
- Customer Support : Answer insurance billing and payment questions from patients.
