Job Description
Traveling Superintendent Duties :
- Develop the Project Vision and Create the Project Schedule
- Supervise entire construction staff, ensuring project deadlines are met
- Ability to predict and overcome project challenges
- Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers
- Lead weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work
- Maintain OSHA requirements
- Mentor less experienced construction professionals
- Track project documentation, tasks, issues, etc.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractor
- Travel required

The Successful Applicant
Qualified Traveling Superintendent qualifications :
- Ground Up Commercial Construction project experience - 5+ years preferred
- Hospitality experience is highly valued but not required
- Technical Savvy individual - Procore experience is a huge plus
- Strong Reputation for working well with Subcontractors
- Ability to create strong relationships with clients
