JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will be part of a high-growth tech startup with a collaborative culture. Reporting to the Director of Americas Field Marketing and working in close partnership with the Field Marketing Manager for Healthcare / Life Sciences (HLS) and Public Sector, you will support the execution of the HLS and Public Sector marketing strategies.
The impact you will have :
Support the execution of marketing activities across both industries, including webinars and hands-on workshops, large-scale in-person events, executive events, and 3rd party sponsorships
Assist with building and maintaining reports and dashboards to ensure registration goals are met and sales follow-up happens in a timely manner
Support with submitting contracts and budget tracking
Document program deliverables to ensure programs are scalable and repeatable
What we look for :
2+ years of marketing event experience in a B2B enterprise software company
Experienced with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail), Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and Mac
Exceptional customer service to essential business partners
Asana, Marketo, Salesforce and Tableau experience a plus
Travel required for events (when appropriate)
