Elmer's Air Conditioning and Heating is seeking a highly skilled full-time HVAC Field Manager to oversee our heating and cooling team of technicians and ensure the successful delivery of residential HVAC services.
As the technical expert and team leader, you will be responsible for troubleshooting complex issues, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring our high standards of quality are consistently met.
You'll receive a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package such as :

GET TO KNOW THE ROLE
In this heating and cooling role, you will start your day at 8 AM (Monday to Friday), ensuring that your team is properly prepared for the day's projects.
As our HVAC Field Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical challenges, providing support when complex HVAC issues arise.
Whether it's troubleshooting a malfunctioning system or overseeing a key installation, you'll ensure that each job is completed efficiently and to the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
By the end of your day at 7 PM, you will have led your team to success, ensuring that each project is executed smoothly and any problems are resolved promptly.
What You'll Need to Join the Team :
- Valid driver's license
- Universal EPA certification and TDLR license
- Your own tools
