This is a part time and on-call position.
Duties
Provide person-centered care to older adults and adults with chronic conditions and support them with daily living assistance such as housekeeping, laundry, medication administration and personal cares.

Job Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required
CNA or Health Aide Certification preferred
