Fooda is looking for a highly driven, outgoing, and competitive Business Development Manager to join the West Coast team.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for selling Fooda's products to clients across various verticals with the support of Market Directors, Sales Operations, and Training Team.
What You'll Be Responsible For :
- Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation to build relationships and set meetings with potential customers
- Identify opportunities and offer solutions tailored to each customer's needs
- Lead all steps of Fooda's sales cycle, including presenting, negotiating, and closing deals with Senior Leadership at Fortune 500 and small to medium-sized companies in the Dallas market
- Learn and understand Fooda's training program, best practices in the sales process, and managing activities in the CRM system
- Demonstrate resourcefulness in connecting with new customers and maintaining follow-up communications
- Collaborate with Fooda's Operations Team in the San Francisco market to execute client launches and maintain relationships
Who You Are :
- You have 4+ years of new business development experience, preferably with 2 years in a closing capacity
- You are outgoing, competitive, and persistent
- You have excellent problem-solving skills and are results-focused
- You are a team player who can also work autonomously
- You have experience in cold-calling and successful sourcing strategies

The base salary range for this role is $75,000-$90,000 and includes a sales bonus plan tied to metrics and results.
