As a member of the Global Marketing team, the Digital Experience Lead / Analyst will help shape our digital experience so that it genuinely helps our clients around the globe.

The role will ultimately be responsible for ensuring that for defined client groups we are serving their needs as well as the needs of our regional businesses.

This will involve shaping the digital strategy, collaborating with other teams and leading a team.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of the Digital Experience Lead / Analyst?

  • Partner with our Client Research team to build a comprehensive picture of the clients we serve and their needs of us. This should include building a roadmap of research.
  • Become the point person for driving the digital experience within our regional businesses. Ensuring stakeholders understand and align to a roadmap of client improvements.
  • Create strategies that enhance our clients experience addressing specific needs whilst bringing some delight.
  • Bring together multiple journeys that serve defined client groups.
  • Partner with Product Owners within delivery teams to define and ship a prioritised list of improvements
  • Work with UX Architects to produce journeys that meet client needs.
  • Work with our Core Digital function to roll out new experiences globally.
  • Create a framework to measure the effectiveness of client journeys.
  • Becomes the voice of client within larger projects that look to deliver new capabilities into the business.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous testing to drive data informed decision making and innovation

Experience

  • Higher education qualification
  • 5 years experience within a digital experience role
  • A proven track record of delivering successful digital products and services that meet the needs and expectations of the customers and stakeholders.
  • A strong knowledge of the latest technologies, tools, and best practices in digital design and development, including web, mobile, and emerging platforms.
  • A creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative and effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Desirable experience delivering across multiple countries
  • Desirable experience in Financial Services

Along with base compensation, other compensation is offered such as a discretionary bonus, 401k plan, health insurance, and other perks.

There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

At Franklin Templeton, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation.

We expect the salary for this position to be $148,300.00 - $168,000.00.
