How You'll Make a Difference

You will be accountable for the assigned components of the GAC program workflow. Implementing, monitoring, and assessing approach, procedures and impact of the program, with a focus on ensuring efficient procedures and processes to build and maintain GAC program operations.

Supporting development and delivery of academic programs and outreach plans within and across channels and markets as assigned, aligning with market plans for growth and value delivery, as well as key organization priorities.

What You'll Bring to the Role

  • Bachelor's degree in education, project management, management, organizational behavior, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an academic setting, preferably in an administration or program leadership capacity.

Direct experience with higher education accreditation programs beneficial

  • Experience with public-facing program administration
  • Knowledge of project management and experience with global stakeholders beneficial
  • Proven successful experience in multi-cultural or multi-lingual environments; international experience and / or multiple languages desirable.

Fluency in Spanish beneficial

  • Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment
  • Strong ability to think creatively
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated strength with digital technologies, including knowledge and use of Microsoft Office products and CRM
  • Proactive problem solving
  • Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English)
