JAC Products, a leading global Tier 1 Automotive Supplier, is seeking Maintenance Technicians to join our growing, fast-paced team.
Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the performance and maintenance of equipment in our new 200,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Napoleon, Ohio.
Your Contributions :
Responsible for maintaining, setting up, and operating equipment.
Perform fabrication of parts / equipment.
Respond to service calls to inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machine problems and determine proper corrective action.
Execute mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic repairs, as well as problem solving retrofits and emergency repairs
Troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
Maintain parts inventory for common replaceable items and daily recordkeeping within JAC Products computer maintenance management software (CMMS)
What you need :
Six (6) years of demonstrated competency in industrial maintenance
Vocational Certificate, Associate's Degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience
Working knowledge PLCs preferred
Basic knowledge of robotics a plus
Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
Effective communication and problem solving skills
