Information Technology Manager
Directly managing, mentoring, and developing a team of direct reports.
Coaching staff on workflow, process, communication, and escalation.
Assessing workforce needs based on capacity planning and team growth.
Evaluate ticket and support trends to identify repeat issues and prevent problems from occurring.
Developing service offerings, including scope, quality management and pricing, as well as participating in client calls and visits as needed.
Communicate and simply issues to Clients and assist with the right plan to resolve critical issues.
Build relationships with our Clients to understand their business objective and desired outcomes.
Drive new business growth through customer advocacy and customer references.
IT Managed and / or Professional Services Team oversight / management (minimum 5 years)
Strong client facing presence in both pre-sales and post sales situations
Strong understanding of ITSM (IT Service Management)
ITIL Framework knowledge a must, ITIL V3 or V4 certification a plus
This position requires travel
