• Experience leading concurrent projects in a matrix environment

Job Description

• Lead several projects (two to five) in a strong matrix environment executing Software Development Lifecycle methodologies.
• Developing and monitoring project plans, communication plans, risk management plans, and project artifacts from project initiation to post implementation / closure.
• Ensures project deliverables are complete on time, on budget, within scope, and in accordance with client standards :
• Responsible daily for the development, execution, and maintenance of project plans and project communications :
• facilitating effective communications between all parties involved in the project, including meetings, correspondence / recaps, status reports and other project artifacts per client standards.
• Monitors resource requirements and assigned deliverables based on project specifications. Ensures resources are assigned to meet project objectives while managing project hours budgeted.
• Identifies and manages tasks and issues that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort to ensure delivery as planned.
• Provides both written and verbal project status updates upon request.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any degree
• 5+ years of IT PM experience in a matrix environment, working with SDLC
• Experience in a Project Management Organization preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Azure Boards experience highly desirable
• PMP Certification preferred
