Administrative Assistant - Onsite
Location : Norfolk, VA
Experience Level : Intermediate

Salary : $20hr
Hours : Monday-Friday 8-4 : 30pm
A Day in the Role :
Managing multiple provider's schedules
Checking and maintaining email communication
Reviewing provider requests and completing tasks
Schedule conferences, submitting expense reports, and renewal paperwork
Will use Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel on a daily basis
Additional administrative duties as assigned by the providers
