TheAssurance Group( )is looking for the right person to fill a consultative health andlife insurance rep position. The ideal candidate is one who canbring to the table the right mix of work ethic and integrity andwho enjoys the idea of a career that centers around helpingpeople.

Althoughexperienced insurance agents are welcome to apply no experience isnecessary . In fact inmany cases we prefer to work with people coming from otherindustries.

Itmight seem strange that a company specializing in various financialservices would be looking outside of"experienced" reps but weve found so much successtaking people from other industries like bartenders serversteachers healthcare workers and even formermilitary and trainingthem to represent our products (life health and fixed indexannuities) that weve decided to lean hard in thatdirection.

Pleasenote that while all leads and training are provided at no cost thisis a 100% commission 1099 role that has a pathway to W2.

We investheavily in new agents but there is no base salary. Also although weoperate from a home office we do ultimately meet clients in personfor our appointments.

This is not a 100% remote role.
