Full job description :
We are a busy dental office looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, friendly team member to join us. Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, warm chairside manner, punctuality, and able to communicate with our clients and staff.
Dental office experience is not a requirement.
Responsibilities :
- Answer all incoming phone calls and emails from our clients
- Greet customers face-to-face
- Work in coordination with clinical and administration
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain strong relationships with our current client base.
Skills and experience required
- Experience in a Customer Service or Sales Support role
- Proven ability to work well in busy environments
- Competency in software and computer skills
- Proven ability in a professional environment to pay attention to detail and to pass on information with clarity and accuracy.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma
COMPENSATION : B.O.E.
