The Job
For initial developments, we relied on a software development firm, but we're ready to bring it all in-house.
We're looking for a Senior Developer to takeover management of future development projects which include, but are not limited to :
- Facebook and Twitter app customization and improvement
- Google Plus and Pinterest app development
- Work with designers to integrate new site design via HTML and CSS
- Quick and permanent fixing of bugs on the site
- Integration of various APIs
- Training and management of special in-house and outsourced development projects
- A wide range of web developments and site improvements
Qualifications :
- Mastery of HTML, CSS, PHP / MySQL, and at least 1 additional coding language
- Ability to plan and effectively manage projects, in coordination with COO
- 5+ years experience in software design and programming, emphasizing PHP / MySQl in Zend (required)
- Ability to transition into a project management and mentoring role over a development team
- Creative and innovative energy, and the desire to take ownership of the product
- Familiarity with social media purposes and use
- Ability to effectively communicate and work with a dynamic team
