Location : Lebanon, OR (Relocation within 40 miles of Lebanon is required)

Schedule : Night Shift - 3 and a half days a week (Thursday midnight - 6am; Thursday - Saturday 6pm - 6am)

Who are you?

ENTEK is looking for a dynamic Production Shift Leader. You will be the key point of contact between production employees and management.

Provide support to employees by scheduling leave and assisting with administration of site training programs. The Shift Leader is also a key resource to assist with troubleshooting of issues that arise during the course of their shift.

They provide important support to the Shift Manager by facilitating smooth communications between shifts, including shift reporting requirements, and by filling in for the Shift Manager when needed.

Responsibilities :

• Facilitates communications across shifts, including shift reporting.
• Takes a lead role in troubleshooting significant issues that arise.
• Adjusts mix formulas if needed; consults with Process Managers as needed.
• Schedules PTO for the shift.
• Schedules overtime for the shift.
• Assists the Shift Manager with administration of the training program.
• Delivers training to operators when required.
• Recognizes and solves problems affecting "Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety and Morale".
• Ensures a safe, clean and healthy work environment and promotes safe work habits. Monitors to ensure that people are wearing the correct safety PPE at all times and that safe work practices are followed.
• Promotes and follows company policy, supports management decisions and company directions, and able to confidently address issues that may arise with the people on their shift.

Takes ownership and responsibility.

Monitors product quality, and ensures that Operators and Leads are responding with appropriate urgency to resolve any quality issues that arise.

Protects the customer by ensuring that defective product is always identified and properly dispositioned.

• Ensures decisions are made using facts and data.
• Ensures Team Members are involved in and help to improve Key Area Measures

Minimum Qualifications & Experience :

• Minimum 3 years prior experience as a Manager or Supervisor in an Industrial / Commercial Manufacturing Environment
• Proven managerial / supervisory skills of providing leadership of value-added and highly motivated teams
• Strong organizational skills
• Satisfactory results from pre-employment fit-for-duty and drug screens.

Benefits :

Salary Range : $75,000-$80,000
