Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and validation of avionics systems.
- Accelerate development cycles to ensure timely deployment of hardware into orbit.
- Mentor and guide the Avionics engineering team, fostering technical expertise and accountability.
- Design avionics systems aligned with mission goals, introducing new capabilities for space operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret customer requirements and integrate them into vehicle and system designs.
- Create and implement test plans in accordance with mission risk profiles and oversee test campaigns.
- Conduct design, test readiness, and flight readiness reviews, ensuring a focus on technical precision and quality.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience designing complex electrical or control systems for extreme environments (e.g., spacecraft, drones, autonomous systems).
- Proven ability to adapt to dynamic project demands.
- Track record of delivering innovative, high-performance technical solutions.
- Experience incorporating analysis feedback into design improvements.
