As a research associate at Gallup, you will partner with some of the most engaged employees in the world to deliver data-driven advice that helps our clients create, grow and sustain thriving workplaces.
In this role, you will support account teams in executing Gallup’s consulting projects with clients. With the guidance of other consultants, we’ll depend on you to lead survey research, make discoveries in the data, use your analysis to provide recommendations and demonstrate the valuable impact of Gallup’s workplace solutions.

What you need :
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree required; must be in sociology, psychology, economics, business or a related field of study.
- At least two years of paid professional work experience required, specifically in analyzing data, finding insights, and reporting results in PowerPoint or through dashboards.
- Experience managing concurrent projects with multiple milestones and deadlines required.
- Proficiency with survey research, data analytics and statistical concepts required.
- Expertise in data cleaning and data management of large datasets in Excel required.
- Proficiency and proven competence in Excel required; SPSS and R preferred.
- Ability to work on-site at Gallup’s Chicago office at least three days a week.
- Eligibility to work in the United States required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
