Arisa Health is currently seeking a dynamic Mental Health Professional with experience providing services in a Behavioral Health organization or with experience with a community mental health or healthcare organization.
This position is in our outpatient clinic in Jonesboro. Arisa is currently offering a $2, sign on bonus for Mental Health Professionals and a $3, sign on bonus for independently licensed Mental Health Professionals.

Job Duties / Responsibilities (Scope of Practice) :
- Interview / assess clients for mental health needs and perform individual, family conjoint and group therapy services
- Document, review, and maintain accurate case records and relevant clinical information
- Provide counseling and appraisal services to individuals or groups designed to develop an understanding of personal problems, to define goals, to plan activities to assess an individual’s aptitudes, attitudes, abilities, achievements, interests, and personal characteristics as these are related to personal social concerns, and educational progress
- Candidates must be willing to work with adults and children.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Social Work
- Current Arkansas License (LMSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to multitask
- The ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team
Work hours : Full time, Monday - Friday 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.
